The devil looked up, "Tex? Wanna introduce my family to our daughter?" Their daughter. The thing that they made together. The thought both baffled and delighted her; Made her think. But when it came down to it, the sleepy little devil was their baby.

Tex nodded, and finally took his eyes off Rosie. Rising from his seat, he took the baby in his arm, carefully, not as natural as some dads but with the care and ease of paternity. He lifted her, still sleeping and placed her in Gwyns arms. "Rosie- this is your grandpa." He told the baby, and smirked at Gwyn like a big kid himself.
Flic bounced on the bed, wiggling with excitment.

Gwyn stroked back her dark hair. "Oh look at you." He cooed to the baby, eyes stuck on her face. She was perfect. It was like seeing Maggie all over again: small, sweet, and fresh. Brand new to the world. Only this time it was his daughter's turn to experience parenthood. He was excited for her; for them. He supposed Tex had a fair bit to do with this.

Kip cooed over the baby over Gwyns shoulder. "She looks alot like her mommy." She observed, with a smile, looking back at her daughter.

"Flic if you sit down, maybe you and Kip can hold Rosie too?" He suggested, not allowing the wiggling eight year old the luxury of doing it by herself.

Flic sat down and crossed her legs, grinning.
Kip scooped the girl up, sitting her on her lap, and keeping her calm.

Gwyn handed the baby over, going to Tex's side. He held out his hand, "Congratulations, lad." He smiled at his son in law- A member of the family as much as any.

Tex smiled and shook his head. "Thank you." He grinned.
Flic wiggled, but Kip had Rosie safe in her motherly care.
