But his bouts of anger wasn't sticking; the actions were carried out then the men threw themseles to the ground and asked for forgiveness. Kip laughed at his efforts. "Maybe your not quite ready, baby." She taunted him.

He snorted and pulled out his secret weapon. What is the thing that makes the religious angry? Their sense of right and indignation. He pulled out their doubts, the ones the monks hid about their faith and then added the sense of each's superiority over one another. Unlike the violence that simmered before, the room was filled with the tension. Each man literally seethed with contempt and it was if they were all waiting for a match to light the gasoline.
"Bless you." The devil whispered and somehow it was enough. The room erupted as each man fought against the other. Furniture flipped, glass smashed. The tranquility that had filled the room was shattered by their suppressed rage.
