She shook her head slow, "Pol, what if Tex- What if it's bad."

"Well we're gunna find out arn't we?" He said, keeping her under his arm, tight and protective.
The doctor was young, with bright eyes and blond hair and an inteligant look about him. He looked up when the pair knocked the door and beckoned them in, rising. "Mrs Douglas." He was a man who read the papers.

Maggie didnt look like a million dollars. She didn't even look like fifty grand. She held out a hand, determined to try and remain cool even under this stress. "Doctor." She looked up Pol, lacking any other words.

"All I know is what I was told. There was an RTA- uh- a car accident." He translated technical jargon with a slight blush. "Three cars involved- including your husbands. I understand how delicate this might be fore you, I can assure you the hospital is doing everything on a medical and a personal level, Mrs Douglas."

"Delicate? No, you don't understand." She told him, anger breaking through the pain. "If you can't guarentee he'll be fine, I'll bring in my own medical team."
