Harvey was startled, to say the least, but being dragged by the boy he could barely say no. "Uh...no, he's ok..." He said, but was clearly hesitant, and was clearly just being poliet. "For now, I suppose." He nodded, and let Taylor drag him to where he'd pointed previous.

He might as well said Taylor was the cutest kid in the world because that's how Natalia took his hesitant yes. She smiled looking a little more relieved, but couldn't help glancing around occasionally. She felt so high strung here, not like her at all. "Oh wow right mister, there's worm." He crouched down so he was almost like a little ball on the ground, his fingers slid across the back of the wiggling bug. "Hahaha is slimey." Taylor got so distracted by the bugs that he barely noticed the man was there anymore.
Natalia sat down on the now empty swing set, the stay at home moms already preparing to take their little kiddies home. Sometimes she wished she had just stayed at the manor with Taylor, so she could stay home with him instead of working, but.....it just didn't feel right when he might not even be that kind of a special mortal. She kicked her feet in the dirt and tentatively watched him. Catching Harvey's eye she patted the swing next to her.

Harvey couldn't help but laugh at the boy, he picked up a beetle and dropped it onto the back of the lads hand. And watched the boys expression as the beetle crawled up his arm, and then fell, clumpsy back into the mud.
He glanced up to see the woman calling him over, or at least Harvey assumed that was what her little tap meat. He rose, hesitantly, and went and sat on the swing beside her. "Hm?" He noised, those it was clearly a question.

"You're good with kids" she smiled. Even though she looked at Harvey one eye always batted back to Taylor to make sure he was ok. Natalia kicked her feet up so she was swinging softly back and forth. "I can tell they make you uncomfortable but they just love you."

"Right." He said quietly, not really making much of a comment for a moment, then he said. "Your kinda young to be his mom arn't you?"

Taylor sneezed when dirt got in his face but carried on, getting himself covered. "Kind of. I was pregnant with him when I was twenty." She smiled, she'd been a lot different at that time. "It was basically my rebellious hippy stage, I backpacked from one place to the next. It's a lot of fun to have that kind of freedom."

And blunty Harvey made an assumption. "So the kid doesn't have an old man then?" He asked, curious now, like she was a case study, a scientific experiement.

Natalia's face took on an expression that couldn't be described as anything short of discomfort. She continued to swing, twisted the chains back and forth so that it wobbled. "No, he left when Tay was a baby.....I guess he decided he only liked part of me, not all of it." Nat liked being honest with people but she didn't know how to phrase it. After all, she couldn't be completely honest with a mortal, starting with the fact that she was the one who left him. But the way things went down, it felt to her more like he was the abandoning one.
