Harvey was out of the office, out of his lab and out of his comfort zone- on his mothers orders. He wasnt enjoying the fresh air as he sat on a bench in the park watching the kids playing in the growing spring hat.

"Higher mommy, push higher!" Taylor encouraged, and Nat pulled the baby swing back that locked him in place, and with a heavy push sent it soaring. He giggled, squeaked, chuckled, and then gasped as he reached the peak.k Tay's fingers turned white from squeezing the rusty chain. "Oh noooooo mommy, too high!" His voice shook and as he came safely back down Nat caught onto the back with a little laugh. "Sorry baby boy, I won't do that again." Taylor struggled with the restraint as Nat walked over to the side and took a sip of her water bottle. When Natalia turned back, Taylor was gone and he was running through the flowers. Her heart had an electric shock for a moment before she spotted them, and it thumped again. He'd run over to a man who was alone, and Tay was staring at him inquisitively. He was around the age of three and full of curiousity. "Hey man. Heyyyyyy man." Taylor stood at his feet as he tried to get his attention. Nat ran over and put her arms around her son's waist, trying to pull him away from the man's obvious personal bubble. "Taylor don't DO that."

Harvey had looked back at the kid with the same curiosity- one eye brow raised. When the redhead joined them Harvey's eyes flickered up to her face, then straight back down to the kid. Great, now he'd have to interact. "uh, he's okay, not bothering me really." harvey told her, gently enough.

"He's at that age, you know?" Although she sounded exasperated she still had the power to give him a friendly smile. It was hard to wipe a smile off of her face. If she got struck by lightning, she'd probably grin qt how unlikely it had been in her hospital bed. The moment she met someone she felt it was her duty to befriend them, so Nat held out her hand to him. "I'm June" she lied fluidly, it was her code name in the city. She had to be a different person in the mortal realm. "This little guy is-" Taylor answered for her. "Taylor! I am Taylor, Mister."

Harvey looked at her hand, and then down at the kid once more and didn't really know that he wanted to be caught up in this. Still, with a little sigh he took her hand. "Harvey." he gave his name, and put a small smile on his face as he said. "It's a pleasure to meet you." That, like her lie, was flawlessly spoken. It wasn't a pleasure, he didn't like people, he'd rather equations and chemistry any day, because chemistry didn't lie- elements didn't become others, unless you prompted them and then you were in control.
In the world of interaction and socialization Harvey didn't feel in control. "Hello Taylor." He smiled at the boy also.

On the other end of the spectrum was Natalia, who took great pleasure in meeting just about anybody. Don't let the happiness fool you though, she was smart and very protective. She shook his hand firmly, but let go soon. She could feel the tension. It was ok, most people felt comfortable with strangers, and she herself had to be careful in the city. The only reason she hadn't already left, like she should? He just looked like a guy who could use a friend, or at least a normal conversation.
"Hi man. Do you like bugs? I like big bugs, and thing that go fast vroom vroooom!" He made vehicle noises. It looked as though Logan and rubbed off on him a little bit. "Yes honey well..." Nat patted her son on the head who was running around in circles with a fake steering wheel. "Anyway, it was nice meeting you...sorry again for the interruption." She tried to grab Taylor's hand to lead him back to the playground but he kept pulling away. Nat kind of felt like she had seen this guy before, and whenever that happened it was better to just make an exit.

Bugs? Harvey smiled softly, but didn't comment. He watched contently when the woman tried to pull the boy away, of course it was in vein. With Tyler bounced back over to him Harvey decided to take pity on the kid, and apparently they had something in common. "I bet you could find the biggest worms in the world down under those rocks there-" He pointed not far off. "And there'd be beetles and spiders too."

"Spider are cool. The insee winsee spida crawl up the wata sprout..." he used his hands like a preschooler to show the spider crawling up. Still singing, Taylor grabbed Harvey's hand and pulled him towards the boulder. "Shooooow me." Natalia sucked in a breath. Her son was sweet, but she didn't want him to be so forward to strangers. She frowned, knowing that her own personality was probably the cause of it. "Oh Taylor leave the poor gentleman alone. He's very busy honey." Taylor frowned and shook his head. "Nu uhhh right?"
