Maggie stood in her Grandparents house and shifted her weight foot to took while she got up the courage to go talk to them. No one knew she was there and only her Mom knew the reason. Taking a deep breath, she made her way up to her Grandparents' office. "Grandpa? Grandma Imann? Grandma Deb?" When there was no answer, she giggled, "Jesus?"

Imann appeared out of the master bedroom suite. Looking no older than 25, despite being a great-grandmother, her eyes lit up at the sight of one of her Granddaughters standing in the hallway.
"No Jesus here, darling... You might want to try the nearest church." The blonde said with a smile, walking forward to embrace the slender girl in her arms.

Mags giggled and wrapped her arms around her Grandmother's neck, pressing a kiss to her cheek. "You never know. Maybe Grandma Deb finally won him over." She rested her head against her Grandma's shoulder. "Or Grandpa has him like stuffed and plaqued in the basement."

"He's got the plaque waiting... I think he polishes it as an extracirricular activity..." Imann agreed with amusement. "Though Deb wouldn't go near him, she has some standards..."

"So... is Grandpa around? There's kinda something I needed to talk to you about and I wanted to kill two birds with one stone and get both of you."

"Sure darling..." Imann linked the girl's arm with her own, leading the way down to the small, private library. There, sitting in an oversized leather armchair was Luc, a book in hand... and a glass tumbler full of liqour on the table at his elbow.

Luc looked up and groaned. "Not you, go away! Children annoy me."

"Then you shouldn't have spawned so many... Knowing with your genes they'd multiply like rabbits..." Imann replied tartly, sitting down in the chair opposite Luc and crossing one leg over the other.
