Parker Montana was a good man. He was an upstanding member of the Gaian community, an honorable Pack member and member of the King's Golden Circlet. He was known to be reliable, trustworthy and someone to go to for advice in both Gaia and Miriel. When he graduated from the Gaian school, he was at the top of his class. Many people expected him to go into medical studies or become a teacher himself- Instead he made the noble and selfless choice to become a soldier and fight for his country. He was a favorite in the market place, especially amongst the girls who manned the different booths. They swooned at the blond's big blue eyes and friendly grin but ended up sulking as he seemed impervious to their brazen flirting. The truth was Parker noticed it but his heart lay somewhere else. For almost the last decade, the young wolf had been in love. Even before he knew what love was. And the object of his affections? Princess Samantha May Black-Godric, heir to the Elfin throne. Their love had been questioned, tested and forbidden time and time again. Still the wolf and the Princess persisted and today would be the day their patience was rewarded. There would be no rings nor reception; no big ceremony. It would just be them with their closest friends and paretns. No one else had been told, not a word whispered or everything could be lost. He sat holding a small framed picture of her and waited for his witnesses to show up: Nate and Oz. His best lads, half of their circle of friends, he trusted them with his life and, more importantly, Samantha's.

Nate was going to two weddings in two days; and happy to admit that the part he played in both was for the greater good of his country and his best friends. Of course the wedding of tomorrow would be massively celebrated across a country, while tonights wedding was a secret. It had been so planned between the three boys that nothing could go wrong.
Having suggested this to Parker long before he even approached Samanatha about their own marriage, Nate was excited and terribly nervous to see it through. If Sam got found out she'd be slaughtered for adultery, and in their world the price for a wandering eye was often death. For their queen to...well... it didn't bare thinking about.
Tonight was going to be Parker and Sams, and as he and Oz crunched over the fallen forest floor to where they were meeting Parker something Isla had said a not so long time ago resinated in Nates head. Finally it was secure in his mind that he wasn't taking Sam away from Parker, and that above all else they'd have this night together to remember...
Oz was whistling contently, as they moved through the trees. His falcon familiar flying off left and right and a little ahead to let Parker know it was them. "You look nervouse, Nathaniel." He taunted.
"Well Ozmond this is a big deal."
"Relax and enjoy it brother." The elf teased, smacking Nate on the back and moving off at a faster pace to the clearing where Parker was. "Well dont you look smart." he teased. The three off them looked simular, but while Parker had gold in his Gaia uniform both the elves wore their simple whites.

Parker looked up, "You know for elves, you sure don't know how to make it through a forest quietly." He grinned and held out his hand to both of his mates. "Nice to see you could make it. You know, you poncy gits may have had a meeting or a high tea to attend." God, he was nervous. Not because of what was happening but waiting for her to show up. He knew once he saw his Samantha, it would all be fine.

Nate cuffled him, and Oz wrapped him around the head with his knuckles. "Alrght lover boy, cwe could go if you'd prefer it?"
"Is this it then?" Oz taunted further. "This is the dump your going to tell the woman of your dreams you love her?"
"not much is it?" Nate added, slyly.
"I reacon a pig sty would be better."

"Better a dump full of love than a castle of coldness." He smirked at them, taking his beatings gracefully for once instead of launching himself at them.

Oz smirked, and waved his arm. It was his gift to Parker he figured, seen as everyone else had done something towards this secret wedding. The claring light with hundreds of fairy lights, and the floor was carpeted with silks.

Parker nodded, "Thanks, Oz. Now, it's really perfect." He rested his hand on the handle of the ceremonial sword he wore and looked around. "Dad said he'd be here soon with Mom. Samantha will be here with her family and the girls soon."

Sammy was scared. She sweet sixteen and terribly afraid of this going all wrong. But her mom had cried when they'd told them, and she knew it was the right thing to do. Part of her wished she could have a big white wedding with Parker, with everyone there, but this... this was probably going to be much more special, much more about them and she liked that too. She wore a long white cardigan over the dress Isla had put her in, but she was still relatively cold as her feet and legs were bare. They'd really jewlled her up like a princess though, on her forehead as a diamond gem that matched the pattern of stuck on gems all up her legs and arms, like gloves and socks of sparkles. Sam, according to her family, made a pretty good wolf/elf. On arrival they'd met with Ben and Goldwyn, and Sammy held her mom's hand tightly when the older wolf's eyes went amber. He looked over her, shook his head a little and had said, in not so many words that he hoped Parker knew what he was doing, that he hoped they both did. Ben wasn't totally on board with their crazy idea, but he wasnt going to stop them being in love, his son was clearly ready to live or die for Brad's girl. And that was okay by him, he guessed. + "here they come" Oz pointed through the trees.
