The night before All Hallows is generally regarded as that belonging to the Beast. It is the night when all the wicked is unleashed in our world with less consequence expected. Tonight, the Lord of Hell was bringing three of His own into the Fold. They would reign supreme amongst the leigons of dark ones. But first, before they ascended, they were to be tested. For each initiate, one of the reigning Devils would test them in their Sin. They had to be able to control it, rule over it. If they didn't achieve mastery, it would consume them. To each Devil came an initiate. Kenna had the Sin of Greed to bestow, Kip had Wrath and that left Gwyn with the conflicting task of Sloth. Standing on the edge of the chasm, watching the dragons, Luc turned to the others, hands in his pockets. "Tonight is a change of an age." He murmured but somehow his voice echoed through out the stone chamber. "We usher in a new age of rulers. Tonight though, they are not our children. We are to test them. If they fail, they cannot rule."

"For the record, I'm not going to enjoy this." Kenna told her father, adding. "I'd enjoy it much more if I got to torment Tyr." Kip laughed, shaking her head, the pearl drops in her hair glistening, the laughter musical in the air. Both her and Gwyn were nervous, she could feel her husbands nerves riddled through her. And while she had every faith in her daughter, she knew Gwyn would test her the hardest. because they both expected so much from her. They both expected greatness. Kenn snorted under her breath. "This isn't suppose to be my job." She grumbled. Being the only memeber of the current reigning age that wasn't 'down sizing' her estate. Of course, she'd rather do this than let her weasly brothers do so. And her fathe thought the same clearly, other wise Kip wouldnt be gracing them with her foxy presense. Zipping the cuff on her leather jacket, she cracked her knuckles. This might actually be fun, it had been a long time since she'd played with greed.

"Shall we draw straws to see who goes first?" Luc asked glibly, "Or will you fight amidst yourselves?"

Kip was looking off into the distance a little bit, and paying only a select amount of attention.
"Oh why not make it more like a game." Kenna smiled, three straws appearing in her hands. "Shit before the shovel, little brother-"

Gwyn tugged the middle one and drew out a normal length. He was thankful for that much. Now it was between his sister and his wife. Secretly, he didn't care as much either way. It was his Maggie he was scared for. The rest of them were established in Hell and thewalls would quake with their power but his girl- Shaking his head, he pressed Kip forward with a hand to the small of her back.

"Just give me the short one." Kip told her sister in law, shaking her head.
"Gwyn tell your slut to lighten up."
"Lighten up?" Kip glared at her suddenly.
Kenna laughed softly. "Freya and Tyr are mine, Kip, as Maggie is yours an Gwyns. The kids are going to be ok- stop worrying and get your game head on."
Kip shook her head softly, looking down into the abyss. "Oh kenna, you'll never understand."
"Try me, Kip."
"It's not worth it." Kip run her fingers through her raven hair, and down the length of her dress. Her eyes darkened, and she embrassed the energy around her. "I won't be long-" And she tugged Tyr into the game Kenna wanted her to play.

The young devil of Wrath sat in his war room, thinking. Of course,he'd been warned tonight was coming and he'd spent a couple nights camped in here to meditate on his future as King. He had his Father's boots to fill and that seemed like both a blessing and a curse.
And then there was Freya. He like the majority of Hell worried for the blond. He hoped that she would be fine with all the changes. She was soft and maybe that's why she was the one they feared for. Last night, she'd come to him and the two had talked as she had nursed Blair. Here in his Kingdom his newest niece was safe... But she didn't dare take her any farther into the depths.

Kip appeared on his desk, one leg crossed over the other, eyes smoking. "Hello handsome." She purred, playfully, "I here you've been expecting me?"
