A ring of fire opened in the main cavern. Henry stepped through, and then proceeded to the food storage areas, deactivating all the golems in the caves except the entry ones, hoping for others to follow him through the ring.

"Yeah yeah, nice to see you guys too." Henry said as he got swarmed by his favorite wyverns and salamanders. Henry went to the food cave, and got out the normal food for the masses ready to eat, and then, with his top acidic wyvern and fire-breathing salamander, he went to his rooms to get out the "special" snacks for them, while the rest of the creatures went back to their posts or pens.

After feeding them their special snacks, Henry took a moment to soak up some power through the magma's heat in the cave opening into the river. After that, he went over and renewed the erosion/tunneling spells on the latest tunnel-caves he was developing.
What is this wierd tune I keep hearing?! It's playing havok with the youngest of my creatures. Oh well, I'll try to create a barrier at the entrance to dampen the sound. Henry went to the vertical part of the entrance tunnel, and created a small horizontal "wall" of air, stretching entirely across the diameter of the tunnel, allowing air to pass but muting the sounds from outside. Reactivating the golems he had deactivated, Henry went back to the portal and stepped through again, unknowingly still carrying his favorite salamander and wyvern on his shoulders.
(OOC: All of these actions took a short time, as he was trying out a speed spell dealing with the air element.)
