Jordyn had called Callum down from his mountain home to speak with him. She knew she should of talked to her sister about her plans too, but Jordyn couldn't bring herself to face her family right now. Missy absense had hit her, but not in the way to be expected. Jordyn saw Nin crying, saw Dare destracting himself with his children, but she had gone the other way, she loathed the woman for her weakness and selfishness. And with Nin looking so like their late mother, Jordyn would ask Cal on his own, Alpha to Alpha.
Of course, she was not in her room on her own. Beside her sat Cissy, and on Cissy's arm, cradled tightly n a blue blanket was a small, blonde haired baby. Even from a distance the smell of the wolf was strong about him, and when he graciously opened his eyes to stare up they were brilliant amber, like no other Jorydn had seen.
Cissy said she found him, and Jordyn believed her that much, she didn't want to think badly of her neice, or in reflections mistakes of her own with regards to the pack.
"What do you think his name is?" Cissy asked, dragging Jordyn from deepened thoughts.
"Why don't you name him, loupe?" She offered.
Cissy smiled, a little nervously, and pushed the blanket from the boys face, getting a good look at him. It was the only time Jordyn had seen the woman in Cissy, the girl was always causing trouble and playing dangerous games or rolling in the mud and grass, but as the young teen held the child Jordyn saw what a great Alpha Cissy would of become.
"Torrin, Tor for short" Cissy murmured. "I think he looks like a hero, don't you?"
Jordyn laughed softly, "oh fantasy." she teased, tugging a strand of Cissy's dark raven hair.
